CMW Asia maintains a deployment-ready workforce of 220+ trade-tested operatives, including 162 scaffolding erectors and 58+ specialist tradespeople — all TESDA NCII-certified and trained to BS EN 12811-1:2003 international standards. Our scalable workforce model supports rapid mobilization within 7-14 days for projects of any size, from single-site maintenance crews to 100+ operative deployments for mega-infrastructure programmes. Every operative holds valid scaffold erector competency cards, undergoes regular safety refresher training, and is covered by comprehensive insurance. How We Deliver
