Shell Bukom Energy Park
Skilled manpower and scaffolding deployment for one of the Asia-Pacific's largest petrochemical complexes.
Project Overview
Shell Energy and Chemicals Park Bukom is one of the largest petroleum refining and petrochemical complexes in the Asia-Pacific region, located on Bukom Island, Singapore. CMW Asia was engaged through Altrad Singapore Services — one of the world's leading industrial service providers — to supply skilled manpower and scaffolding support for ongoing maintenance and turnaround operations at the facility.
CMW Asia deployed TESDA NCII-certified Filipino scaffolding operatives to Singapore, where they integrated seamlessly into Altrad's operational framework under Shell's rigorous HSE management system. Our operatives performed scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling within the refinery's live operational environment — a high-security industrial setting requiring strict adherence to permit-to-work systems, confined space protocols, and hazardous area safety procedures.
This international deployment demonstrated CMW Asia's ability to mobilize skilled Filipino manpower to meet the exacting standards of global oil and gas operators, operating under some of the most demanding industrial safety requirements in the region.
