Project Overview

One Ayala is Ayala Land's flagship transit-oriented development at the corner of Ayala Avenue and EDSA in Makati City — one of the most prominent mixed-use commercial landmarks in Metro Manila. CMW Asia was contracted by Ayala Land to deliver glass installation, facade works, and LED lighting integration for the development's exterior envelope.

Our team deployed specialized facade installers and IRATA-certified rope access technicians to install glazing panels, facade components, and LED lighting systems across the building's exterior. The rope access capability was essential for reaching complex architectural surfaces and integrating lighting elements at height without the need for extensive scaffolding, reducing cost and minimizing disruption to the surrounding high-traffic commercial area.

The One Ayala project showcases CMW Asia's ability to combine facade installation expertise with rope access capabilities to deliver integrated building envelope and lighting solutions for high-profile commercial developments in the heart of Metro Manila.
