Century Spire Tower

Project Overview

Century Spire is a luxury residential tower within Century City, Makati — developed by Century Properties as one of their flagship high-rise residential projects. CMW Asia was engaged to provide glass and facade installation services for the tower's exterior building envelope.

Our facade installation teams worked at height to install curtain wall systems, structural glazing panels, and exterior cladding across the tower's multi-storey facade. The project required precision coordination between scaffolding erectors and facade installers, with scaffold access platforms designed to support safe and efficient installation at every floor level. All work was delivered to architect specifications and international quality standards.

Century Spire demonstrated CMW Asia's established capability in high-rise facade installation — managing the technical complexity of working at significant heights while delivering a precision-finished building envelope for a premium residential development.
